We ship throughout the week, except Sundays and Public holidays.
To ensure that your order reaches you in good condition, in the shortest span of time, we ship only through reputed courier agencies.
At Bolsa, we understand and value the expectations of our customers of receiving their precious parcels in perfect condition and on time. We continuously strive to make sure the product reaches you at the earliest possible time.

At Bolsa, the ready to ship stock is usually shipped within 1-3 working days and is delivered within 4-10 working days

Please note: PREPAID ORDERS REACH FASTER THAN COD ORDERS.

Sometimes due to a lack of material or manpower, the production gets delayed. In case the delivery time is extended you will receive a mail/WhatsApp/text notification from us informing you about the tentative delivery date.

Multiple orders-

If you have placed an order for more than one product, we will try our best to delivery all products in one packaging. In some cases, a part of the order is ready and the other one takes time. Valuing your time, we ship the ready-to-dispatch products first and send the next batch of products in a few days as soon as they are ready.

Bolsa ships ALL OVER INDIA (Including Jammu & Kashmir). We also ship to small towns and districts depending on serviceable pin codes.In case your pin code is not serviceable for COD we shall request you to make the payment online as Cash on delivery service may not be available in your area

Delivery or shipping charges are the courier charges required to send you the product at your doorsteps (home delivery). These charges are exactly what courier companies charge us, there are no hidden profit/additions from our side. We directly forward them on your behalf.

These charges are not included in the MRP and are added according to number and weight of products ordered. Our prices are inclusive of all taxes with the list prices except Shipping.

For prepaid orders –

When you prepay an order, you get an advantage of getting the shipment faster and at a cheaper shipping rate.

For Cash on Delivery orders –

Cash on delivery orders require an additional charge in comparison to prepaid mode. The money is kept due, hence the shipping rates are extra as cod fee charged by the courier companies. 

How the delivery charge is calculated for multiple units?

The shipping charge is specified separately for every product according to its weight. For multiple products ordered, the website adds up the total of all individual shipping charges considering the total weight. Thus, a customer who orders three products is charged the total of all delivery charges associated with each product. Therefore, the delivery fee is calculated separately when a customer orders different products.

 

We have a number of payment methods. You can choose the one that is the most convenient for you.

Prepaid Mode-

Online Payment is accepted via all types of Wallets ( Paytm/Phonepe/googlepay etc), UPI, Net Banking, Credit and Debit cards. We accept Visa, MasterCard and Maestro cards. (You will be automatically directed when you checkout and place an order through the website)

Cash on Delivery (COD) Mode-

Cash on delivery means that you need to pay for your order when you receive the product

You cannot open the package without making the payment at the time of delivery

  • Send screenshots of products you want to buy
  • Mention the details that you need to know and the quantity you want.
  • We would help you choose the payment method.
  • Please provide your full address, mobile number and email id for confirmation of the order when asked.
  • You will get a confirmation message on WhatsApp with the allotted time, you can keep taking updates on the same since the order method is manual. WhatsApp orders do not get tracking facility unless asked by the customer.

IF THE ORDER IS DISPATCHED NO CHANGES CAN BE MADE. A CREDIT NOTE CAN BE ISSUES INCASE THE CLIENT DOES NOT WISH TO BUY THE PRODUCT ANYMORE (VALID FOR 6 MONTHS).
