General Questions

  • Browse through our wide range of products until you find something you like. After you’ve chosen what you want, select the relevant colour, if applicable.
  • Once you’re done, click the ‘Add To Cart’ button.
  • After you have added all the products, click on the cart icon on the top right. You can either choose to continue shopping or confirm the order and click ‘Checkout’.
  • From there, you can either login to your existing Bolsa account or simply continue as a new user, Register through E-mail, Facebook or Gmail and create one.
  • Once you’re done, proceed to checkout, confirm your shipping address, and select the desired payment method to confirm your order by clicking ‘Place Order’.
  • Once you successfully place your order, you will receive a confirmation email with details of your order and your order ID.
  • You’ll receive another email once your order is dispatched. All you have to do then is, sit back, relax, and wait for your awesome product(s) to arrive!
  • At Bolsa, ready-to-ship stock is usually shipped within 1-3 working days and is delivered within 3 -10 working days if the order is PREPAID and 7-10 working days if the order is COD.
  • All orders come in fully sealed packages to make sure that all your goods are delivered to you in perfect condition.

Most of our items can be exchanged for a new colour, size or entirely new model. 

If you are not able to find any other model fit in the present stock, you can easily return the product and opt for a refund as credit note. The balance of return amount will be refunded as credit points in your Bolsa account. Bolsa credits are valid for 3 months and can be availed on all new collections launched in the future, sales etc. Refunds in bank is not available. 

For products that can be exchanged,
We Adopt a 3-DAY EXCHANGE policy as long as the returned
products are unused, undamaged, and returned with all original packaging and tags.

Please note- Free gifts/ Products won or received in promotional offers, and products purchased on Sale cannot be exchanged.

 

We at Bolsa hope you love our products just as much as we do! But in case you’re unhappy with anything you have received from our store, we are always there to help our customers since we would like you to have a complete peace of mind when buying products from us.

Bolsa offers a simple ‘NO QUESTIONS ASKED’ 3 days return or exchange policy to our customers. The customer can raise a request anytime within 3 days of delivery.

If you opt for a return, You  will get your money back in the form of store credits for the balance/whole amount which will be valid for 3 months.

We’re pretty stringent with our quality control, but occasionally something might slip through the cracks. 

If your product is faulty or we sent you an incorrect order by mistake-

Please mail us the proper issue at  support@bolsa.co.in with reference pictures of the product along with damage details within 24 hours of product delivery for assistance.

Subscribing to Bolsa gives you access to regular updates about the sales, new collection of products before others and also about the secret discounts and offers.

Do not worry! Sometimes our system gets flooded with new orders due to which there occurs a slight delay in updating the order details of the customers in the ‘My Account’ section. Please be patient, your order details will automatically be updated as soon as the system issue is resolved.

Purchasing Questions

Free gifts received with order and sale items are non-exchangeable.

  • The first step would be to check your bank account to ensure that your account has been debited. If your account has been debited after a payment failure, it is normally rolled back by banks within 10 business days.
  • For any other further assistance or issues faced, you can write to us at support@bolsa.co.in  or call us on our helpline number +91 78282 69987 and we’ll help sort things out.

Yes, it is necessary to register and log in to your Bolsa account to place an order. Guest users are not allowed to place orders.

  • To find out when your order is arriving, you need to first log in to your account. Click on My Account> Track Order and you may see all the details regarding your order.
  • After your order has been successfully placed, you will immediately receive a confirmation and order details via email. Once your products have been shipped, you will be notified again via email.
  • In case there is any unusual event or complication that leads to a delay in shipping your order, you will immediately receive an update from our end with the reasons and the revised shipping and delivery timelines.
  • If there are any other issues/ delays faced, or you need the order to be delivered urgently, kindly write to us at support@bolsa.co.in and we will try to assist you in the best possible way.

Orders are usually processed and shipped within 1-3 working days of placement, once shipped, they are typically delivered in 3-5 business days to metro cities, and 4-7 business days to the rest of India. Delivery time may vary depending on the shipping address and other factors (public holidays, extreme weather conditions, cover restrictions, etc.).

COD Orders that have not been shipped can be cancelled by logging into your Bolsa account, clicking ‘Orders’ and then ‘Cancel Order’, or notify us immediately at support@bolsa.co.in

Prepaid orders are not eligible for cancellations. In case any order (COD/Prepaid) is shipped, then it cannot be cancelled under any circumstances.

Yes, we absolutely do! You can email us with your order and design details at support@bolsa.co.in We’ll also try and work out a discount for you, depending on the quantity of your order.

You can click on the ‘Forgot Password’ option when logging in, and the password reset link will be sent to you via email.

  • If a product goes out of stock while adding or after you have added it to your shopping cart then you will immediately be updated about the same, as you cannot place orders for products that are out of stock due to which you may receive an error while you checkout.

 

At present we deliver only in India. We are soon coming up with international shipping.
