Return & Exchange Policy

We at Bolsa hope that you fall in love at first sight with our fun and cute bags! But in case you’re unhappy with anything you have received from our store, we’ll be there to help you every step of the way because we can’t see our bag enthusiasts with a half-heart!

Bolsa offers a simple ‘NO QUESTIONS ASKED’ 3 days return or exchange policy to our customers. The customer can raise a request anytime within 3 days of delivery.

NOTE: Bolsa provides free return pick-ups for customers to have a hassle-free shopping as well as return experience. In case there is more than one product for return, the customer shall be charged Rs.100 for every pick after the first free one.

 

Process of Exchange

If you are dissatisfied with your purchase for any reason, you can exchange it for a new colour, size or an entirely new model. For exchanging the purchased product, please share pictures of the product received along with your reason for exchange through mail at Support@bolsa.co.in  within 3 days of the product delivery. Upon receiving the request, we will process the exchange typically within 24-72 hours.

Process of Return

 If you are unhappy with your purchase and wish to return any item(s) and do not want to order any model from the present stock, you can easily return the product and opt for a refund through Bolsa credit note, which is valid for 3 months and can be availed on all new collections, sale etc launched in the future. You can mail us mentioning the name and picture of the product(s) along with your reason for return through mail at support@bolsa.co.in within 3 days of the product delivery. The balance of return amount will be refunded as credit points in your Bolsa account. We do not offer refund in bank.

In case of Damage Product Received

We’re pretty stringent with our quality control, but occasionally something might slip through the cracks. If your product is faulty or we sent you an incorrect order by mistake-

Please mail us the proper issue at support@bolsa.co.in with reference pictures of the product along with damage details within 24 hours of product delivery for assistance

 

NOTE : 

  • The return or exchange process may take upto 7-15 working days depending upon the stock and request raised.
  •  Products bought on SALE price will not be exchanged / returned.
  • Exchanges are valid only one time. 
  • Items are eligible for returns or exchanges only if they are unused with original tags.
  • We are only reachable through mails for raising issues and enquiries regarding returns and exchanges.
