  RETURN AND EXCHANGE POLICY We at bolsa hope you love our products just as much as we do! But in case you’re unhappy with anything you have received from our store, we are always there to help our customers since we would like you to have complete peace of mind when shopping with us. Bolsa India offers a simple ‘NO QUESTIONS ASKED’ 3 days return or exchange policy to our customers. The customer can raise a request anytime within 3 days of delivery. PROCESS OF EXCHANGE-

  • If you are dissatisfied with your purchase for any reason, you can exchange it for a new colour, size or entirely a new model. For exchanging the purchased product, please share pictures of the product received along with your reason for exchange through mail at support@bolsa.co.in within 3 days of the product delivery. Upon receiving the request, we will process the exchange manually. Bolsa provides free return pick-ups for customers to have a hassle-free return experience.

  PROCESS OF RETURN-

  • If you are unhappy with your purchase and wish to return any item(s) and do not find any other model fit in the present stock, you can easily return the product and opt for a refund in the form of credit note. You can mail us mentioning the name and picture of the product(s) along with your reason for return through mail at support@bolsa.co.in within 3 days of the product delivery. The balance of return amount will be refunded as credit points in your Bolsa account. Bolsa credits are valid for 3 months and can be availed on all collections, sale items, etc. We do not offer refund in bank. Bolsa provides free return pick-ups for customers to have a hassle-free return experience.

  INCASE OF DAMAGED PRODUCT RECEIVED- We’re pretty stringent with our quality control, but occasionally something might slip through the cracks. If your product is faulty or we sent you an incorrect order by mistake- Please mail us the proper issue at support@bolsa.co.in with reference pictures of the product along with damage details within 24 hours of product delivery for assistance. Bolsa provides free return pick-ups and replacements. NOTE :

  • The return or exchange process may take up-to 7-15 working days depending upon the stock and request raised.
  • Exchanges are valid only one time.
  • In case there is more than one product for return, the customer shall be charged Rs.100 for every pick after the first free one.
  • Items are eligible for returns or exchanges only if they are unused with original tags.
  • We are only reachable through mails for raising issues and enquiries regarding returns and exchanges.
